The Great MOSHIMO Vegan Challenge is back for one night!

In celebration of our 25th Anniversary, we’re reviving The Great MOSHIMO Vegan Challenge, where Brighton’s chefs come under our roof for one night to create superlative plant-based food that gets put to your vote. Running annually for over ten years, the event became a fixture in Brighton’s culinary calendar and won the prestigious PETA prize for its contribution to vegan eating.
