The Great MOSHIMO Vegan Challenge POP UP with 2025 winner Cashew Catering's John Bayley

This is special: a vegan pop-up at MOSHIMO curated by CASHEW CATERING’s John Bayley, two-time winner of The Great MOSHIMO Vegan Challenge (2020 & 2025). The event will feature a 7 Japanese-influenced vegan dishes, including the dish that was awarded first prize at last year’s event.

The Great MOSHIMO Vegan Challenge is where Brighton’s chefs come under our roof for one night to create superlative plant-based food that gets put to our customers’ vote. It’s highly competitive: running annually for over ten years, the event has become a fixture in Brighton’s culinary calendar and won the prestigious PETA prize for its contribution to vegan eating.
