Temaki is the hand roll, a cone of crisp nori you fill yourself. The table arrives loaded with seasoned rice, fish cut that morning, plant-based fillings, pickles and our own sauces. One of our chefs shows you how, then it's yours. Good for birthdays, hen parties, work teams and families, two people and upwards.
The catch
Nobody's first one holds together. That's most of the fun. £35, minimum two people, booking essential. Book a party
